Assassins Creed IV Black Flag. DLC Still not working. Started a support ticket with Ubisoft back on March 5, 2021. Many have had this issue. Ubisoft insists the issue is being investigated as a high priority. This url shows Ubisoft was aware of this issue back in September of 2020. They even claimed that the issue was fixed. It seems it wasn't.
Yes I also have the same problem, fps counter from uplay not working. Probably because the game doesn't need uplay and completely bypassing uplay when launching. well, i only have the game on Uplay (not steam), so that's not the issue. #2. TheFlyingCrate Jan 29, 2018 @ 8:07pm.
Assassins Creed IV Black Flag. you shure it's working and is not just on limlited mode? you get following message and the multriplayer main menu and stays on a red background if it's on limited mode. if you are realy online the multiplayer menu chanches to caribbean green color. Also on limited mode you can just play the wolfspack in PvE
Edit The 2 keys for the game are activated on Uplay. The DLCs are downloaded and active according to Uplay. All the DLCs mentioned are part of the Gold Edition (though Ubi's wording on what is and isn't part of the DLC/pass isn't specific enough.

Asin you don't know how to access Uplay? If so, on the main menu of Brotherhood, Revelations, or AC3 just select the Uplay option. I've not gotten on the Uplay store from AC3 or Revelations yet, so I assume it looks the same as the Brotherhood one. From the new Uplay menu that opens after everything connects, go to the Rewards area.
